Theodor holds masters in both European Studies and Resource Economics. After graduating in European Studies, he went for an abroad experience in Brussels where he got a touch of the European policy making process. After this experience he decided to foster his knowledge in the environmental economics by attending a master degree at the University of Bologna. Since the conclusion of his studies, he is working in the energy sector.
