Recent Publications
Ivar Jansen is currently studying Law in Society, an LL. B. program that focuses on international and comparative law related to social issues, at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. He also has developed a strong interest in International Relations and Global Politics, exemplified by his participation in the summer course ‘War and Diplomacy’ of King’s College London. In light of this interest, he has also pursued a minor in Political Science, with plans to pursue further extracurricular knowledge in Middle Eastern Studies before taking on graduate studies.
Additionally, he has been selected as a track Member for the DAFxDAM track of The West Wing 2024-2025. This is a think tank created by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands for students and young professionals in order to provide the Ministry with creative and innovative ideas on current policy questions and challenges.
