Melody Schmidt is pursuing a B.A. in History and Political Science at McGill University. Her research focuses on conflict resolution and interstate relations, with particular attention to the relationship between Russia and the United States. Based in Canada, but having an academic interest in Eastern Europe, Melody brings a critical transatlantic perspective to issues of power, sovereignty, and international order. Beyond academia, she is actively involved in student government and campus organizations, demonstrating strong leadership, communication, and a commitment to public service.
