Der EPIS-Vorstand steuert die strategische Ausrichtung von EPIS und verbindet akademische Erkenntnisse mit der Praxis. Er sorgt dafür, dass EPIS das Engagement der Studierenden in Publikationen, Konferenzen und im direkten Austausch mit Praktikern fördert. Auf diese Weise können die Studierenden wertvolle Erfahrungen in internationalen Sicherheitsfragen und politischen Angelegenheiten sammeln und gleichzeitig faktenbasierte, neutrale Analysen zur internationalen Debatte beitragen.
Chairman

The Chairman leads EPIS by setting strategic goals, overseeing organisational growth, and ensuring smooth internal coordination. He represents EPIS Thinktank in external engagements, builds partnerships, and ensures all departments align with EPIS' goals by providint guidance to EPIS Fellows to maintain high-quality output and engagement.
Administration

The EPIS Administration Manager handles the core operational tasks that keep EPIS running efficiently. He manages schedules, internal documentation, correspondence, and logistical support. Additionally the EPIS Administration Manager takes care of financial aspects and EPIS Fellowship management by playing a key role in supporting EPIS Internal and External affairs through structured organisational processes.
Data & Audit

The EPIS Data & Audit ensures EPIS complies with data protection regulations and maintains transparency in its operations. It monitors internal processes, audits data security, and advises on ethical considerations regarding data handling and member privacy. In addition, it plays a critical role in safeguarding organisational integrity.
External Affairs

The EPIS External Affairs focuses on expanding EPIS’ visibility and reach by managing relationships with external partners, institutions, and experts. It organises events, guest contributions, and informal talks to establish new collaborations. It is also responsible for maintaining public relations and ensuring EPIS is represented at key discussions, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Internal Affairs

The EPIS Internal Affairs enhances EPIS’ internal effectiveness by deepening impact through structured workflows and EPIS Fellow's engagement. It supports EPIS Fellows, ensures smooth internal communication, and facilitates the exchange of ideas between working groups. EPIS Internal Affairs works closely with EPIS Administration to strengthen operational efficiency and the long-term success of EPIS initiatives.
Internal Affairs

Social Media

The EPIS Social Media sustains EPIS’ presence on social media platform Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Spotify and Soundcloud, ensuring active engagement with the Community. It creates and curates content, announcements, and event promotions. Additionally, it works on branding, visual identity, and outreach strategies to attract a wider audience and potential EPIS Fellows.
Media Design

The EPIS Media Design is responsible for the design and formatting of EPIS' publications, including the EPIS Magazine and EPIS Reports. She ensures visual consistency and readability across all content. Moreover, she works closely with the authors to create professional layouts that enhance the impact of EPIS Thinktank’s written work.
Technical Affairs

The EPIS Technical Affairs maintains and updates EPIS’ digital presence. It ensures the website remains a central hub for publications, networking opportunities, and event announcements. It works on optimising content accessibility and presentation, keeping EPIS’s online platforms up to date with relevant information, research outputs, and community engagement features.
