Theo Kaiser is pursuing an MPhil in International Relations at the University of Oxford (UK). His research focuses on foreign policy, particularly in the context of relations between Europe and the Global South. Recently, he completed a Carlo-Schmid Fellowship at the OECD and an internship at the Permanent Mission of Germany to the United Nations.
