After graduating with a B.A. in European Studies from Maastricht University, Kai Mütschele works for a lobbying firm based in Berlin. During his undergraduate studies, he completed internships with a German Member of Parliament in Berlin and with the Representation of the State of Baden-Württemberg in Brussels.

Kai’s research interests center around cyberattacks as a tool of geopolitics and EU regulation of the digital sphere. Outside of his studies, he is an active member of various (student) organisations.
