After graduating from high school in Bavaria in 2016, Fabio Stark initially studied economics for two semesters at Humboldt University in Berlin before switching to LMU Munich in 2017 to study law. During his time in Berlin, he developed the concept and thinking behind EPIS together with Niklas Balbon and Robert Moukabary. He seeks non-partisan dialogues and problem-solving. He pays special attention to economic, trade and foreign policy issues as well as to state theory.
