Maximilian Schußmüller, born in 1992, studied Social Sciences (B.A.) in Augsburg and Political Science (M.A.) in Eichstätt. His thematic focus in his work for EPIS is primarily on security policy as well as international politics in the MENA region. Apart from EPIS, he has been actively involved for several years in the Young Forum of the German-Israeli Society and the Young Transatlanticists Initiative. In addition, he is active as a freelance author and speaker in his subject areas.
