Jan P. Zupan was born in Germany and studied social and political sciences at the University of Cologne, focusing on foreign policy. After his studies, he worked for the German Association of the Holy Land, specializing in international relations between Israel, Palestine, and Germany. He currently serves as the personal assistant to the Archbishop of Luxembourg. He is married and lives in the German-Luxembourg border region.
